DO I NEED A MEGAFLO OR UNVENTED SYSTEM
If you have more than 1
bathroom in your property and have more than 1 shower or bath running simultaneously
then you will notice that your water pressure can decrease significantly and can
cause your morning bath or shower to become hard work. You may also be using a shower
boosting pump if you have a conventenal system which can be very noisy when being
used. If any of the above points are you then you would require a megaflow or unvented
hot water system.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The unvented cylinder is fed directly from the
cold water main and is powerfull enough to provide up to 72 litres of hot water per
minute. This will give you high water pressure and high flow rates to every water
outlet regardless of how people are running baths and having showers at the same
time. This is an ideal system to have if you have a large family.
FAST HOT WATER RECOVERY
Unvented
and megaflo systems have a fast recovery time and the speed of the hot water being
heated to the required temperature is up to twice as fast as a conventional heating
system and will help ease bathroom congestion in the mornings. the average time for
the tank to heat up is around 20 minutes which means by the time you have had a shower
its ready to go again.
HAVING YOUR LOFT CONVERTED
Having a megaflo or unvented system
can create space in your loft by removing the need to have water storage tanks. So
if your thinking about having your loft converted then this is a great way to create
that extra space.
NO NEED FOR A GAS BOILER
Megaflo's can run on electric immersions
for hot water only so if you dont have a gas boiler or gas in your propery then you
can still benefi from this system.
